Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on IKSocial or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. IKSocial is the social media platform of the IKEcosystem, operated by IKSectors Ltd (Company No: 16225153) under licence from IKEcosystem. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not impersonate another person, create an account on someone else's behalf without permission, or use the service to build a competing product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.

You agree not to use the service to send spam, distribute malware, interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and — in serious cases — referral to law enforcement.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant IKSocial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and the consequences of posting it. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

5. IKCr tokens and rewards

IKSocial awards IKCr (a virtual reward currency) for engagement actions such as daily logins, posts, comments, and streaks. IKCr earned within IKSocial has no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash by default. Cross-service IKCr balances and any future on-chain bridge are governed separately by the IKEcosystem and IKChain terms.

We reserve the right to adjust the reward schedule, revoke IKCr earned through fraud or abuse, and reset balances for banned accounts.

6. Privacy

Your use of IKSocial is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

IKSocial is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKSectors Ltd and IKEcosystem disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the service.
